RCE is published under the Eclipse Public Licence (EPL) 1.0. It is based on Eclipse RCP 3.7.2 (Indigo SR2), which is also published under the Eclipse Public Licence (EPL) 1.0. RCE also makes use of various libraries which may not be covered by the EPL; for detailed information, see the file "THIRD_PARTY" in the root folder of an RCE installation.
